So let’s get right into it shall we 🙂
Tsu Review: About the Company
It took me a while to dig out some information about TSU but I was able to find out that they are based out of New York and founded by three people: Sebastian Sobczak (Chief Executive Manager), Drew Ginsburg (VIP of Business Development) and Thibault Boullenger (Co-Founder).
Founded in 2008 but not launched until late 2014, TSU is a social platform that strives to be a Facebook that pays it’s users for posting.
Like Facebook, after a user registers to use the site they can create a personal profile, add other users as friends, exchange messages, post status updates and photos, and receive notifications when others update their profiles.
Tsu however differentiates itself from its competitors by allowing its users to maintain ownership of the content they post.
I will explain more about that in this TSU Review below…
Tsu Review: How the Tsu Social Media Network Works
The most interesting thing I found about Tsu Social Media Network was its revenue model.
Being a unique platform, it shares up to 90% of its revenues with its members.
Now that’s interesting…. in theory 🙂
Other than this, there is nothing unique about this platform.
If you have used Facebook and Twitter, then there is nothing new for you in the Tsu Social Media Network.
However, the revenue model is something that makes it appealing even if you are getting “paid pennies” as Tsu states it!
Tsu Review: Business Opportunity
Tsu follows a uni-level comp plan where commissions are paid out using “the rule of infinite thirds” (as the Tsu People refer it).
It looks something like the photo below…
Let me explain the Tsu Compensation plan and what each level means…
Level 1 = Personal recruits
Level 2 = Personal recruits that sponsored members.
Level 3 = Level 2’s personal recruits.
But really it’s better off hearing someone else tell you about it LOL
So… Here’s a video that explains about the entire process:
Tsu Review: Final Verdict
Simply put… Tsu is not a scam and its concept is actually not a bad one…
The major problem is that you are getting paid pennies to post so unless you are some sort of social media maven, you’re really not going to make any money on this program.
Not to mention the Tsu compensation plan is all hocus pocus.
I mean the plan of “infinite thirds” just sounds absolutely ridiculous if you ask me… just being blunt and honest about that.
When companies make plans up like that they are sending a signal that they are all about the marketing side.
And the worst part about Tsu here is there is no product to stand on.
So if you are not consistently recruiting then you are not ever going to make any money at all!
But hey if you want to spend all day on a social platform and get paid pennies to do it have at it LOL
However, if you plan on making a real income with Tsu well it’s going to be a very very very hard gig.
So you might be asking yourself then…
How can I actually make any money online?
And I have to say that is a fantastic question!
It took me 4+ years to figure out a real and long term business model where I could actually earn a living without having to recruit or sell gimmicky products that nobody wants.
You see in my many years struggling to make a buck online I finally realized that if I truly wanted to succeed I needed to find a business that was:
- 100% Newbie friendly
- Did not require selling gimmicky products to friends and family
- Did not require recruiting
Now of course that eliminated 99.9% of companies LOL
But I managed to find one company that worked well for me
It’s the only business opportunity where the product gives you a ton of value and you get a personal coach that will guide you through it step by step.
You then just take action on what you learned and start profiting…
You will become a good business person that KNOWS how to promote and get sales.
Trust me you will thank me later!
